    Design

    User flows and a clickable prototype, tested with real people before any code is written.

  3. Step 36–12 weeks

    Develop

    Short sprints that each end in a working build and a demo, so progress is visible.

    Deploy

    Store submission and release, then monitoring, fixes and the next round of improvements.
